David and Queeana Thompson started as caterers in New Jersey before this beloved Southern soul food business was born in Easton in February 2020. Imagine collards, candied yams, cornbread fried fish and chicken. But we’re just getting started; it goes beyond that. David says their best sellers include their original seafood pot and their lobster pot, and the chicken and waffles (naturally), but a few dishes stand out even further.
